Default Faulting application outlook.exe version 11.0.8169, stamp...,faultingmodule mso.dll....

I am running Win XP pro, MS Office Outlook 2003 sp 3 and our exchange
server is server 2000. I am consistantly getting this error (in the
subject line) when using outlook. I can be opening, sending, replying
too, deleting, moving a message to another folder and I get kicked out
of outlook. The dialog box I get sais, 'Microsoft office Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close.' and has a check box with
the option to restart MS office outlook when you select either send
error report or dont send. The message above in the subject line is
what is generated in the event log.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this short of reinstalling
everything on my computer (from OS on up)?

Are you running SnagIt? Another known issue can be Caesar Client Extension.
Check your Add Ins, not all of them are compatible with Outlook 2003.

Yes, I am running snagit and removed the Add In. So far so good.
I'll let you know if it starts happening again.

Thanks.

I was able to remove the Snagit plugin by going into snagit and
unchecking the addin for outlook but how can I see what other addins
outlook has. I couldn't find anything in outlook tools to show me
what addins it has assigned to it.

Thanks.
