Default Default Formatting

I have my e-mail set with Word 2003 as the editor. Can you change a default
that every time you create an e-mail, the paragraph is already formatted?
(i.e. 1st line indent, specific font and size, double spaced). I know how to
change the default font and size but I was wondering if I could change the
settings for the others.

Please HELP! Thanks.
