Default Link calendars

In Outlook 2003, I've created a folder for each of the projects I manage. In
each of these folders, I've created a number of folders, one each for
Calendar, Email, Notes and Tasks. Is there a way to link the Default
Calendar to each of the Project Calendars so any entry in the Default
Calendar is automatically copied to or linked with the appropriate Project
Calendar or vice versa?

Default Link calendars

No. You could use VBA to copy the appointments. See if outlookcode.com has
some code samples.
