Everytime I try to reply to an e-mail I get I am getting the following error
and I can't figure out for the life of me why... The Add-In "FaxExtension" (C:\Windows\System32\fxsexr32.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in. I am trying to reply to an e-mail via e-mail, not Fax. I don't get it. I figured I would throw this out there and see if anyone has run into a similar problem Thanks Gang! -Greg |

Thanks for the reply though. Any other suggestions? OK, I will try. If deleting the file "extended.dat" ¡X this file holds the registry informations of all installed add-ins ¡X does not help, search for this entry in Windows registry. It should be in one of following keys: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Extensions If you have found the entry ¡X fxsexr32.dll ¡X in one or more of that keys, just delete it. Restart Outlook and see if the problem still occurs. -- Best Regards Christian Goeller MVP - MS Outlook http://www.outlookfaq.net |
