I use Outlook 2003 and my mailboxes are too large but I need to keep most of
these messages. I would like them to be archived to still remain on Outlook in an Archive folder. Is this possible and how do I accomplish this? I have done searches to avoid posting here but cannot seem to find a reasonable way to archive these folders - not the entire Inbox, but sub-folders. Thanks! |
