Default How do I open a URL in an e-mail message in Inbox?

Everytime I try to open a URL in Inbox I am getting a " This operation has
been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please,
contact yor system administrator." message. I know it's only a matter of
turning something on or off, but I can't figure out what it is.
