Recently one strange thing happened on my coworker's Outlook. She
could receive her email, but couldn't reply. She also could not save
her contacts. Today she even could not open her Outlook. The error
message is "$B:n6H:GT(B"$B!J(BOperating fail$B!K(B. The day before yesterday I just
format and reinstall every thing on her pc. However, the situation is
the same. Our IT people don't know what is going on.
We receive our email from our mail server in USA. We use Exchange
server. We use Outlook 2003. In our office, only this sister got this
problem, and others are fine.

Who can help me? I need your help.

Have you tried Help, Detect and Repair from any office application? Then try
making a new profile (control panel, mail).
