Default Dead appointment entry

I have got a dead appointment entry in my calendar. (I use Outlook
2003 and Exchange 2003 SP2). I tried to delete it, but nothing
happened. In Outlook Web Access the appointment is deleted. It is part
of an series of appointments.
In additional, the appointment has the wrong starting time, it starts
at 00:00 instead of 15:00.
