How do i download contacts from Outlook 2003 then import those contacts

Outlook doesn't have a wab. Is outlook installed on the same system you are
importing on? I exported the Contacts as a CSV file then painlessly imported it into OE6 on another PC w/o difficulty. MS could've made it easier.with instructions in the Help File. Tom
