In frustration I tried turning off my signature and low and behold my
mail started going through. With some more research I found that the URL to my home web page was the problem. I don't know why - but now my signature does not have a link to my home page. Well, then I'd say the mail was landing in a spam filter that thought your URL was indicative of spam. It very well may not have been Time Warner, but the recipient's server. -- -f.h. |

So I am having the same exact problem with Outlook 2007.. Suddenly I cannot send ANY e-mail from my outlook. However, I am getting no error messages and outlook seems to be going through its motions just fine. I can recieve all e-mail - just cant get e-mail sent from my outlook delieverd. If I go to the webmail and send from the server it works everytime. Help? anything new to consider that hasnt been mentioned? -SC |

Do Tools-Account settings, highlight the account, click on Change and click on "Test Account settings". Does that throw up any errors? |

Do they move from Outbox to Sent Items? *If so, it's a server-side issue.. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] YES_ Outlook is working perfectly.... |

Do they have a status page where you can see if they have any outages? |

Do they have a status page where you can see if they have any outages? additional info: I sent a test e-mail to 4 e-mails within the company (all of them use outlook). They all replied and I have not recieved ANY e-mail from any of them (not on the server nor into my outlook). I just switched my host to start logic from Go Daddy and everything seemed fine in the begining (about 1 month ago). However I discoverd i wasnt getting ANY e-mail from about 3 people (all who use outlook- not sure if this matters). So I am not getting e-mails from certain people and cant send ANY e- mails from my outlook. However these people who I cannot recieve mail from ARE getting all of the mail I send them from the webmail (not outlook) |
