Outlook Express is not part of Microsoft Office like Outlook is. Outlook
Express is part of Internet Explorer. You need to ask in an OE newsgroup.

When you do, please make sure you post what version of OE you're using.

Is every message that you send blank, or just some of the messages that
you send, or is it sending your intended messages OK but also some blank
ones?

Look in the Sent Items folder. Do the messages look OK there?

In Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Advanced, Make sure that Break
Apart is NOT checked.
