Hello --

I am new to Outlook and trying to sync Notes between my PC and handheld
device. If a new note is generated on the PC or handheld it shows up on the
other, but if a note is modified the modification does not sync. Am I
missing something or is this just the way Outlook operates?

It doesn't work that way for me. For any Note I change (i.e., in the Notes
folder), the sync software syncs the changes. Examine your sync software
settings for notes, since synching is completely under the control of that
software and Outlook has nothing to do with it, other that to hold the data.
