Default change default pst location for all users outlook 2007

Hi

I'm deploying a citrix environment and would like to change the
default pst (outlook 2007) location to the home drive of the user.
So when the user starts outlook 2007 for the first time, the file is
created in the personal folder instead of c:\documents and settings
\...

any clues?
