How can I auto delete mail from server when I recieve in outlook?
I have pop 3 server of my company I would like my email in server empty every
time outlook has checked the email. My pop 3 server always have a problem if it is full Thank You Jirawat

In your account properties' advanced tab, uncheck the option to leave mail on the server.
