Background: MS office Pro Ver: 12.0.6215.1000
XP pro SP2 Outlook connector for my Hotmail and other webmail AVG for anti-virus NOT an acer Home built When attempting to open outlook it immidiately shuts down and sends the error report. What I've noticed is that it gets to about 83% on the send and receive before shutting down. I have run the office diagnostic tool, searched for updates, searched the knowledge base, and tried to google info from event viewer with no leads. Event viewer puts out these two things: Error: Event Type: Error Event Source: Microsoft Office 12 Event Category: None Event ID: 1000 Date: 2/12/2008 Time: 10:48:50 AM User: N/A Computer: OFFICE2 Description: Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6212.1000, stamp 46e03e45, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.1433, stamp 471eb5ae, debug? 0, fault address 0x00014c23. ***AND*** Event Type: Information Event Source: Microsoft Office 12 Event Category: None Event ID: 1001 Date: 2/12/2008 Time: 10:48:59 AM User: N/A Computer: OFFICE2 Description: Bucket 591305095, bucket table 1, faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6212.1000, stamp 46e03e45, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.1433, stamp 471eb5ae, debug? 0, fault address 0x00014c23. I am lost now and at the end of my abilities to troubleshoot. PLEASE HELP!!! |
