Well, yes, but its better to do it server side since they could disable
client side solutions (rules). Are you using exchange server, if so which version? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "My interest" wrote in message ... No, this is something you would want to manage at mail server level and not
at client level. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "My interest" wrote in message ... I know how to configure at the mail server level. Is there any way to
also configure it at client side (for some reasons) and is it possible for the adminstrator to set some group/individual policies to prevent people from modifying the settings? |

No, clients have full control on their own mailbox. Rules are client side.
