Out of the blue I am getting upside down question marks in Outlook 2007.
Not in every instance either. Sort of random. I can figure out how to make them but not how to stop them. I'd really appreciate any thoughts. I've looked through all the options for any sort of Spanish options being enabled but ? have come up empty ???? |

just in Outlook. "Wonderman" wrote in message ... Out of the blue I am getting upside down question marks in Outlook 2007. Not in every instance either. Sort of random. Thanks for the link. I checked it and it didn't seem to apply. I've
checked all the office programs and there are no Spanish add ins or any other language anywhere in the system. This one is really really odd indeed. "Roady [MVP]" t wrote in message ... incoming email or when composing? it's a charset issue and is usually
affected by the message encoding options. whether you can control it depends on whether its on inbound or outbound mail. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Wonderman" wrote in message ... Thanks for replying.
It is outgoing only either newly created or replies. And unusually enough for example I cant add a ? in a test scenario after my signature. It inverts and then a second ? is correctly positioned. How can I reset my message encoding to generic ?
