A very strange happening! All of a sudden in Outlook 2003 (WindowsXP) when I
go to a link, a little hand shows and it takes quite a while to connect to that link. I have checked spyware and there are no problems - any suggestions? |

Open IE delete cookies, delete temporary internet files.
