Default Business Contact Manager

PLEASE HELP!!!

I have Outlook 2003 and am using Business Contact Manager. I have been
looking for days for an answer. I want to set up an autoresponse for all
e-mails that come in, but it won't let me. After I place in the rules 'sent
to me only' the next part should allow me to choose a tex message for the
response. All I get though is 'respond with this template' However, I don't
have a template, I only have a text script. Can someone please help me?

Basic version:
Take text.
Create template.
Insert text.
