You can use the free MS Outlook backup addin, and configure it for how often
to backup & where to backup to. Or with OL closed you can simply copy the data files to your chosen location The data files being the *.pst file(s) Or you configure whatever backup software you are using to backup these data files (backups can only be done when OL is closed) "robkim" wrote in message ...
