Hello,
I have a problem with a user using Outlook 2003 with MS Exchange 2003, she has a personal mailbox and a group mailbox that she opens as a secondary mailbox. When she clicks Find in the inbox of the secondary mailbox and performs a search, she cannot view the found messages getting a "Cannot show item" in the preview pane, she cannot view the message neither by opening it BUT if she performs an advanced search everything works fine she can view the messages by opening them, the same messages she coudn't open using the quick find. Anyone experienced such issue? Any clue where I should look? Thanks |
