Default Network Password

For some unknown reason, Outlook now asks me for my 'Network Password'
randomly when I send e-mails.

I am not operating on a network - simply a home laptop set-up via wireless
broadband.

The dialogue box is pre-filled so all I have to do is click on 'OK' but
sometimes it re-appears up to 4 times before the e-mail is sent.

Any ideas?!
