Hi, All:
Because I am somewhat of a neophyte using Office 2003 within the Vista environment, I'm not sure I have a problem or not. When I open Outlook, on the left-hand side, under the dark, blue bar, is "Mail". Then, under that, is a light, blue bar "Favorite Folders" (FF). Under FF,. I see, "Personal Folders", "Drafts", "Deleted Items", "Inbox", etc. At the end of these folders, there is another light, blue bar, "All Mail Folders"; then,a "Personal Folders'" tree containing all the same folders that are under "Mail". In other words, there is a double "Inbox", double "Drafts", double everything. I've tried deleting, Outlook won't all it. Is this "normal"? If not, how do I eliminate the doubles? Thank you in advance. Ernie |

Thank you for your response, Diane.
Unfortunately, "Delete" is grayed out. And, when I highlight a folder in favorites and press the "Delete" button, nothing happens. Any suggestions? Or, must I live with it. Well, I'll be. It worked. They don't call you MVP for nothin'. No wonder
you are a woman of letters. ![]() Thank you for your help. It was very annoying to me to see "doubles". Hmmm, I wonder what that means about mE. I guess the good news is, I never fathered twins!!! Anywho, thank you, again. I never would have figured that out. I wish you and your family well. Ernie "Life is what you make it. Always has been; always will be." Grandma Moses.
