Default Message Processing error

I have a user getting this error in her inbox over and over again. I
can't find any information about the problem. if anyone has a solution
for this it would be greatly appreciated. We are currently running
outlook 2002

Your message with the subject "" could not be processed due to delays
in processing of previous messages. Please report this error to your
system administrator.

Could you post the complete error, please, taking care to hide user-specific
information?

Um, no you didn't. You should use copy and paste to pull it exactly as it
is out of the Inbox.
