Hello,
using Outlook '03 in a networked environment... At work, I recently moved from one computer to another. After I reconfigured Outlook on my new computer (basically just accessing the exchange server), I noticed that I lost many of my individual settings; e.g., my signatures, the recognition of people I've emailed in the past (i.e., when I compose an email and start to type an individual address, Outlook provides a list based on who I've emailed in the past, etc.) I'm assuming these "settings/profiles" are stored on the computer's hard drive. Does anyone know where they are and what they might be called? I've found several Outlook related files on the CPU, but cannot determine which one may store this information. Thanks, alex |

Auto complete is stored in .NK2 file.
Take a look at: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook where %username% is your Windows login name Look for files with NK2 extension. Note: I'm not sure if it's transferable to other PCs. "alex" wrote in message ... Hello, using Outlook '03 in a networked environment... At work, I recently moved from one computer to another.
