can't open this item - text formatting command not available
Another problem - the original problem seemed to be the Internet Security
Suite I had installed. All the problems went away after I uninstalled the suite but that left me vulnerable to virus attacks. So, I installed the AVG free program and now, I'm unable (once again) to open most of my messages. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Office suite of programs but now I'm stumped. Anyone????
