Default opening outlook

Hi all. I can get my Outlook half open, then it freezes. It says Outlook
wasn't closed properly last time. Can anyone help with a fix? The data file
"Personal Folders" was not closed properly.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, as the error message is about personal folder you can try to repair this
file with the tool ScanPst.exe you can find in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\scanpst.exe

In this way you if your PST is corrupted you can repair it , to be sure the
issue is not releated to a file corruption.
