When I click on the attachments a message appears:

This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following
previewer..Microsoft Office Outlook Message and Item Viewer

To open this file in its own program, double click it.... But the attachment
never opens enen when I double click it..

have you tried help, office diagnostics?

which version of windows?

Do you have Google Desktop Search installed?
