Support:

The tech at my office upgraded my Microsoft Application to 2007. How do I
change this hideous sky blue color. It is burning a hole in my eyes. It is
way too bright.

Assuming "Application 2007" is Office 2007, open word, click on the office
icon in the upper left, select word options in at the bottom right. Select
silver or black from the color dropdown on the Popular tab.
