Default hide email address

i want to hide email addresses that i send to a number of people so
they don't get the other people email addies i know its a simple thing
to do but i don't know it

When I send out a dist list every e-mail account shows up in the bcc box to
all.

I simply do not see how that is possible. The Bcc information isn't
transmitted with the message. You as sender might see it, but the
recipients shouldn't be able to.
