Safe Mode
Hello,
Outlook 2003 has been working perfectly until today. All of a sudden will only start in safe mode. It comes up with outlook has encountered a problem - sorry for the inconvenience - do you want to start in safe mode and send an error report. This is the only way I can open outlook. I have done 3 repairs and 2 restore points but am still encountering the problem. I have not downloaded or installed anything. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
