Hello, Sonetimes when I send a message at other adress than my provider's, I receive this message back : 554 Relay Access Denied When I'm asking this provider's customer's service, they tell me that my OutLook settings are wrong, but they can't tell me why !!! So, I would like to send them the header of the report I got back, but I don't know, how to retrieve this header. Does anyone know how to proceed ? regards mouspi RIGHT CLICK on the message line and then select MESSAGE OPTIONS and it is in the drop down box at the bottom. You can drag highlight this and copy/paste it. Relay Access Denied usually means you are sending from one account but using a different ISP to send the message than the one you are connected to. This usually happens in to large Companies with strict Firewall procedures. Tunneling back to your normal ISP and the normal account you use (when roaming and connected to another ISP) will fix this. Talk to your main home/office ISP and find out what you need to do and what ports to use when you are roaming Frenchy |
