Default Missing in Address book

HI,

I find some 2% of my entries in Contacts folder not showing up in the
Address book. Could someone clarify the relationship between the Contacts
folder and the Address book (what gets listed in the composing screen for
the addresses)?

How can i get all the entries in Contacts folder to show up in the Address
book when i am composing a mail?

Thanks
Ramesh

The Address Book interface will show only those contacts that have resolved
electronic addresses (either email or fax) and only those in Contacts
folders you've enabled as address books. You can tell if a contact's
addresses are resolved when you open the contact's record because they'll be
underlined. Examine one of the contacts that you think should appear but is
not. Examine the email address and fax number fields. Are the values
underlined?

Thanks Brian. I find the email address is underlined in both cases. The
ones which appear and does not. I am comparing those records which have
only email addresses.
