Hi
I am using Outlook 2002 with windows XP pro. When I go into "new" to compile a new email to whoever, I want to be able to have a disclaimer notice or whatever at the bottom of all emails I send. Is there any way of setting this up and putting something on all outgoing emails automatically so that I don't have to worry about doing it manually every time. Regards |

Sure can. You can create a "Signature" that is appended to the end of all
new emails (and forwarded emails if you choose). Go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures. "chesjak" wrote in message ... Hi I am using Outlook 2002 with windows XP pro.
