Default pop3

Outlook stores all data in its folders in a single file - select File, Data
File Management to see the location and name of this file.

After selecting pop3, all mails will be pulled down to a local computer.
How and where can I retrieve the archive and so later I can load it back
to a new computer? This feature is important because so I can keep track
of all past emails even after formating the machine and so.
