it was removed from office 2007. vista offers the Easy transfer wizard but
it frequently messes up the outlook profile and we don't recommend using it.

What if your running Windows XP and Office 2007?
Does XP have the Easy transfer wizard?

Pretty bad that great tool was stripped out of Office 2003.

Windows XP has a wizard but it misses half of the outlook settings.
Honestly, you'll do much better moving the files yourself and recreating the
accounts.
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.asp lists the file locations and
tools which may do better at backing up the profile. I have not tested them
so I don't know if they are prone to the same problems as the windows tools.
