Hi,
i've configured our mail gateway device to send out a disclaimer on all out going messages. in that i have included green "do not print this unless you need to type message. the html i've written into the gateway is font color="green"Please don't print this e-mail unless you really need to. Thank you/font BR It works fine when it is sent to hotmail / g mail / outlook express, BUT when I look at it in outlook 2007, it appears black. If I open the message in outllok 2007, and the right click and select view source, i see thee following code BR font color=reen"Please don't print this e-mail unless you really need to. Thank you/font BR Is there any reason why the G in green is being dropped? My outlook settings are to view / compose messages in HTML btw. Cheers |

Hi,
i'm using the pineapp mail secure unit. Interestingly, if i mail a message to my hotmail or gmail or yahoo account, the html appears as it should, it's only outlook 2007 that has the issue it would appear. The issue occurs also with the other colours. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... is it dropping the "g or always the first letter - test it with red or pink. which mail gateway are you using to add the disclaimer? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Fred" wrote in message ...
