I have a customer who references their sent folder from time to time.
Recently the folder dissapears and only a reboot will bring it back. I have tried a scanpst.exe. I have backed up Outlook folders and uninstalled Office pro 2003 and re-installed Office 2003 and restored Outlook. Problem still persists. Problem does not happen on any of the other folders. Setup is WinXp and Outlook is pop configured. Thanks for any help. |
