Since many anti-virus programs install an add-on into Outlook, have you
yet tried disabling e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program?

what type of email acct did you create - using HTTP or outlook connector?

HTTP support is ending this summer and this line suggests your acct may need
the connector now, as deltasync is replacing HTTP.

Hi Diane,
it's not just with my hotmail, but with my aol ( mapi) account as well, I
think it has something to do with the xp update I downloaded on the 27th. I
checked to see if I can remove the update but it cant be removed. I a
thinking to un install outlook all together then re install.
