Hi John,
in Outlook under "File/New/Personal Folder (PST)" you can create a new PST file. I prefer to name this "Personal Folder 2008" or any other name as "Personal Folders". Then you must change the delievery folder to the new PST file. Have a look on this site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291636/en-us as special the part: "How to Point Outlook to Your New Personals Folder File" Maybe it helps. -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange (Vista Ready): Public ShareFolder Synchronize Outlook between PC and Notebook: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "john" schrieb im Newsbeitrag news:7XTRj.3377$XI1.1816@edtnps91... my pst file is nearly 2 gigs Can I create a new outlook data file and have new email go there, would I setup a rule? The default Contactsw folder will be in whatever PST he makes his delivery location.
