Default Setting a task to follow up on an email.

I've heard about a feature in Outlook that can alert me when a reply
has not been received within a particular time frame, does anyone know
about it and how I can use it?

I want to send an email to someone and then be alerted if after 7 days
a reply still hasn't been received.

Travis
