Default Incorrectly Displaying HTML Messages

I use Outlook 2003. For several years now I have been receiving messages
from a trade magazine. The messages were sent in HTML format and were always
received and displayed properly by Outlook. Lately, Outlook has displayed
these same messages as text. I know that they are being sent in HTML format
because they appear correctly in HTML on my e-mail service provider's web
site before I download them to Outlook. Other messages from other sources
that are received in HTML format are being displayed properly as HTML. To
add to my confusion I did receive one message from this trade magazine
recently that was displayed correctly in HTML format in Outlook but all of
the other the messages that I received from them displayed incorrectly as
text. I believe that some other messages from another source have also
intermittently displayed incorrectly as text when they should be HTML. I
have no idea what is going on here. Does anyone have any suggestions as to
how I might resolve this problem?

Thank you.

Ira B.

Is this on Windows Vista? Is the message being received via Bcc? See this:

I have the same problem. I'm on XP, and they're not BCCs. The
problem seems to be intermittent.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951982 did not fix it.

In another thread, your words were "so far, so good."
