I know how to turn off the name suggestion but how do I clear all the name
when I turn it back on. Some of them are not in my address book. I want to start fresh. -- ---------------------------------------------------- This mailbox protected from unsolicited email by Spam Alarm from Dignity Software http://www.dignitysoftware.com |

To delete a single address, highlight it with the arrow keys and press the DEL-Key on you keyboard. To purge the whole cache delete the file "PROFILNAME.NK2" that is stored in C:\Documents and Setttings\%USERNAME%\Application Datas\Microsoft\Outlook To manage this file you also can use a software like http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/outlook...omplete.html-- Best Regards Christian Goeller MVP - MS Outlook http://www.outlookfaq.net |
