Default Address Book format

I had to delete my aaddress book and contacts and import a new set of
contacts and address book. The contacts came in last name first as I wanted,
but I cannot find out how to change the order of the address book. It should
be rather simple, I would think.

All the addressbook is, is a view of your contacts, for use when you create
an email. It's not a separate listing....

Answer has been posted here countless times and depends on your Outlook
