William, I did not change any settings...and, yes, I am on line....I have a
cable hookup (comcast). I can receive email but when I send it goes right to the outbox and stays there. If I open the outbox it will sit on top of the list (in bold letters) and then it will change to italics and move to the bottom of the list. -- Jim R. I have this same problem. It is not consistent nor is there a rhyme or
reason which ones send or do not; and some emails have been delivered even though it stays in the outbox and says "mail not sent". It is especially prevalent on emails sent to multiple contacts. I had a problem with this and found there was something not right in the way the addresses were put into the to/cc/bcc fields by my contacts (in Vista). When manually entering email addresses I no longer had any emails stuck in the outbox. -- Check out the great stores listed here! Receive special offers!
