Hello-
I have searched in vain, but I can't find an answer... I have a new laptop (2 weeks old), with Vista and Office 2007 including Outlook. I manually created all of the Outlook settings I had on my old machine (XP/Office 2007). This includes a search folder with customised fields and groupings etc...reading pane on....and a customised navigation pane. None of it is too radical and worked fine on the other laptop. Now everytime I go to a different folder and return to my search folder (which is the one I use the most often), not only has the reading pane switched off, but additional columns have appeared and the sorting and grouping keep reverting to something I never selected in the first place. I have to keep removing the unwanted columns, resorting and grouping the view and turning on the reading pane. And quite often the navigation pane reverts back to the default. This is becoming a big waste of time. It worked perfectly on my old laptop. I loved the way I had Outlook customised. I want to love it again and have no idea what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! |
