Default Profile confusion

We have two profiles set up with Outlook, but all of the email is coming into
one profile. Have we set the profiles up incorrectly or is it my email server?
Thanks.

Default Profile confusion

Presumably you set up two profiles because you have two email addresses?
But are these addresses unique? - different username & password
ie is your primary address given to you by your ISP a catchall address.
