very simply put i cannot get Outlook 2003 to open, at all, on my PC. I hit the Icon in the start menu, I hit the icon in the program list, i searched it and hit the icon. It just shows an hourglass for about 7 seconds and then nothing. It worked fine two days ago..... Help please!

Is Outlook running in the background? Use Task Manager to see if any
outlook.exe processes are active. Kill them all and then try it again.
