Using Office XP SP-3
Each time I try to create a new appointment I get the error dialog that "Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." If I click the link for "more information", the attached error message pops up. I have tried a repair install of Office XP. I then uninstalled Outlook and re-installed. I am still able to edit existing appointments, but cannot create new. A one time appointment gives the error when I click "Save and Close" or a recurring appointment when I exit the recurrence setup dialog box. I appreciate any help and if anyone needs the technical info, I will post back with that. -- ~john aka: jopa |
