Having a problem with a customer who recently had to swap out his Small
Business Server hardware and thus his Exchange data. Since he was only using Exchange for Public Folders (no user mailboxes contained any signifigant data) the data migration was done as follows: exported the Public Folders data to a PST file recreated the Public Folders on the new SBS server imported the data from the PST This process worked fine until I realized he had a custom Outlook Contacts form created. I still have the old server and figured I would export/save the custom form from that machine and "Publish" it on the new one. But I can't seem to figure this out.. any help or direction would be very much appreciated. thanks, -mike |

Diane,
One more question. For some reason the form didn't install on all the clients when they opened up the public folder that the form was installed to. Also, when the Outlook clients make a new contact, it defaults to the standard form. How do I make it use the public Folders Custom Contacts form? -mike "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... Right click on the PF, choose properties. You'll set the default form there.
